Compressana INTRA SkinProtect® Silver Liner Calf silver

The X-Static fiber and the Argentex yarn consist of a layer of pure silver, connected to the surface of a textile fiber. The silver is incorporated on the inside of the tight-fitting knit and thus works directly on the skin. Due to the fineness and the special structure of the fiber, INTRA feels extremely supple and soft and is also extremely kind to the skin.

• Fixation of wound dressings for the treatment of small skin lesions
• Slip-free fixation of pads, pressure protection inserts and cushions for the care of medically or anatomically more complex situations on the foot, ankle or lower leg
• In combination with flat or round knitted compression stockings, pressure pads and wound pads for modular ulcus cruris treatment
• For patients with sensitive skin as a liner for compression stockings and bandages
• Due to the high adaptability for wearing as socks / knee socks with pressure sensitivity, deformations, adhesions, high leg / foot circumference etc.
• When used in a double layer, i.e. wearing two socks / stockings on top of each other, the foot and leg are protected from friction and chafing. In this way, consequential causes due to mechanical influences, such as blistering and sores, can be avoided.
