The following terms and conditions apply:
Dispatch conditions
The products are delivered all over the world, currently not to Russia, Ukraine, USA and Belarus;
as well as not to France, Poland, Sweden, Slovakia, Spain and Greece.
Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT, unless otherwise described)
Delivery with „DHL Express“
- Europe - EU countries:
We currently do not automatically offer this because the parcel delivery times work well; However, please feel free to contact us here if necessary. Contact details in the imprint
- Europe - non EU countries plus Turkey & Israel:
We charge a flat shipping fee with of € 85,90¹ per order - Other countries/regions:
We charge a flat shipping fee with of € 110,90¹ per order
Delivery periods
The following list shows the delivery times for shipment to other countries/regions, which must add to the delivery time specified for the item.
Europe - non EU countries: 5 days
Other countries/regions: 9 days

The delivery takes place against a signature and the import duties are billed to the recipient on site by DHL.

Deliveries to foreign countries:
Europe - EU countries:
We charge a Standard parcel flat shipping fee of € 12,90 incl. VAT per order. We normally ship with Deutsche Post or with DHL Parcel from Deutsche Post International. Changes to direct shipping (Dropshipping) are possible.
Europe - non EU countries:
We charge a Standard parcel flat shipping fee of € 25,90¹ per order. We normally ship with Deutsche Post or with DHL Parcel from Deutsche Post International.
Other Contries worldwide:
We charge a flat shipping fee with DHL parcel by Deutsche Post International of € 46,90¹ per order.
¹ For delivery outside the EU, observe the customs and duty provisions of the importing country. Shipping costs excluding VAT.
Domestic deliveries (Germany):
We charge a Standard flat shipping fee of € 4,90 incl. VAT per order if we choose the shipper.
From am order value of € 150,00 onwards, we deliver shipment free of cost.
Shipping with DHL parcel is also possible at a flat shipping fee of € 6,90 incl. VAT per order.
From am order value of € 200,00 onwards, we deliver shipment free of cost.
Delivery periods
Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 4 - 14 days, Custom-made up to 21 days, for deliveries in Europe 14 - 30 days, abroad within 14 - 42 days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.

The invoice amount is to be settled at the time of payment on invoice wtithin 10 days. Our claim will not be assigned to third parties.
If payment is made using a credit card, your credit card account is debited in conjunction with the conclusion of the contract.
