xoStats is our own visitor statistics. It runs on our server, the data stays with us and is not passed on to third parties. It shows us how many people visit the shop and which pages they use.

Processing company: We ourselves as the operator of this shop.

Data processed: Session identifier, IP address, referring page, pages viewed as well as screen resolution, colour depth and whether Java is enabled. Your customer number only if you have given your consent.

Technology used: A counting pixel and JavaScript.

Storage period: According to the period we have set, one year by default.

Legal basis and withdrawal: Your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG. You can withdraw it at any time in the cookie settings, with effect for the future.

Google Analytics shows us how our shop is used: which pages are viewed, where visitors stop, and which items are of interest. We use this to improve the shop.

We use Google Ads to show you targeted and personalized advertising on Google and the Google advertising network. The content of the ads should be as relevant to you as possible. To achieve this, we share some of your interactions with our platform with Google Ads. This includes, for example, information that you have viewed a particular page. This gives us the opportunity to target you via Google Ads with content based on your recent interactions. In addition, we share information with Google Ads in relation to your recent orders. Not only does this give us the opportunity to optimize our campaigns, but it also gives us insights into how we can improve our advertising.

The US is a country that does not provide adequate protection for personal data under EU Regulation 2016/679. This means, among other things, that US authorities may have the right to access your data without effective legal remedies being available.

Retention period: The data is stored for as long as it is required for the specified processing purposes. The lifespan of Google Ads cookies is up to 2 years. Once the lifespan of a cookie has expired, your browser automatically deletes it. All shared data is stored by Google Ads for 9 months, while we store some of the information about your interactions with our ads on Google Ads for up to 3 years.
